*POB, PMB, APO and FPO addresses : Most of our orders are shipped via UPS direct from our warehouses. UPS will not ship to a  P.O. Box , APO, FPO or PMB address. If you need the order sent to one of these addresses, this method will require reshipping. For this reason and an increase in shipping rates, shipping to these addresses will require additional charges. Not all products are available for this method of reshipping. Certain products may not be delivered to this type of address based on size, value and export/customs restrictions of a particular item. Please see chart for shipping rate estimates. Adjusted invoices will be sent.

Express shipping requests on single orders with multiple items and multiple points of origin (multiple vendors) will be shipped by a combination of methods determined by date needed to reduce your overall shipping cost.  This policy is added value and customers benefit from reduced Express shipping costs. Single item orders with Express shipping are never affected by this policy which is setup for multiple vendors only.
Example: An order received with multiple products, 2nd Day Air may be reduced to 3rd Day Express shipping on each item to keep your Express shipping cost lower as long as the order arrives by date needed. If 2nd Day Air is critical to date needed on all items in that order, additional shipping charges may be added for multiple item orders.

WeDoWed.com-We Do Weddings direct ships UPS regular ground. Normal shipping to the above destinations by UPS only allows for UPS air 2day. Shipping adjustments to these locations may be made based on destination address and package weight. Some areas in these locations may not be serviced by UPS in which case orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. (Additional reshipping charges may apply in these instances). Due to the high costs involved with Express Shipping, we no longer will offer Next Day Air Express.

Domestic Shipping

Most orders leave our facility within 48 hours once confirmed including personalized products.You can expect delivery in 5 to 10 business days once shipped unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. Express shipping on certain products may also be available.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery zone and package weight. Shipping charges are assessed at time of shipping.

International Orders

Products from our main website www.wedowed.com are not available for International shipping. If you are outside of the continental United States including the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and any other U.S. Possessions, due to shipping requirements, those orders must only be placed at our CCeasy wedding site - click here: http://wedowed.cceasy.com Certain products at We Do Weddings may not be available for shipping outside the United States because of copyright restrictions or customs restrictions based on a country's trade agreements with products produced outside of the United States. Matches cannot be shipped Internationally. If they are added to your order, your order will be delayed or canceled. We will notify you by email in this circumstance. Customers in this international category assume all shipping and handling costs added to order.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duty, import and local taxes.

In some cases, import taxes will be collected by the delivery service such as UPS or FedEx at time of delivery. WeDoWed.com-We Do Weddings does not collect this import tax and unable to answer import tax questions. Since these rates change daily and vary by each country, we suggest any questions on import duty be directed to your local government authorities/agency. Payment of import taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer. There are no refunds on orders where delivery failed due to non-payment of government imposed taxes.
